Every client who buys their card can appear for free in our public directory, grouped by specialty and filterable by state. It's opt-in: no one appears without asking to.
The difference from a generic web page
Publishing fashion has its own considerations: photo rights and respect for registered trademarks. ModaLink builds them in by design.
- Rights to your photos: when you fill out the questionnaire you confirm that the photos you upload are yours or that you have the right to use them. It's a required step.
- Respect for third-party brands: we review your copy for phrases like "replica of", "inspired by [brand]" or "[brand]-style" and flag them to help you avoid trademark issues.
- A footer notice, always visible: every card states "Information provided by the business. ModaLink does not verify the information published."
- Zero data about your clients: the questionnaire is exclusively about your brand and your business — never about the people who buy from you.
- No forms on your card: your clients reach you through direct links; we don't capture anyone's data.

FAQ
Does ModaLink verify my information?
No. We show the information and photos you provide, with the notice "information provided by the business". You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to use your photos.
Do you collect data about my clients?
Never. The questionnaire is exclusively about your brand and your business. Your card has no cart and no forms: only direct contact links.
Does it work in Mexico and the United States?
Yes. There's a questionnaire in Spanish and one in English; the one you fill out sets your card's primary language, and we automatically generate the version in the other language.
Can I upload photos of my work?
Yes: a logo, a main photo and 2 to 4 photos for your mini-lookbook. When you upload them you confirm they are yours or that you have the right to use them.
What if I need to correct something?
Your delivery email includes two free modifications: use your personal link (or reply to the email) with what you'd like to adjust (hours, services, photos, etc.) and we'll apply it for you. Additional changes cost $6 USD / $59 MXN each.
